• Account details — your name, email address, and a securely hashed password when you create an account (we never store your password in readable form).
• Orders — the plan you buy, the amount, and its status. We do not receive or store your card or PayPal details (see §3).
• Support messages — the content of tickets you send us and any files you attach.
• Technical data — limited security information such as your IP address and browser type, used to prevent abuse and secure your account.

• To create and manage your account and sign you in.
• To process your purchases and deliver the service you bought.
• To reply to your support tickets and send order updates by email.
• To keep the service secure, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we don't use it for third-party advertising.

Card and PayPal payments are handled entirely by our payment providers, Stripe and PayPal, on their own secure, PCI-compliant pages. Your full card number and payment credentials are entered on their systems and never pass through or get stored on our servers — we only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded and the amount.

We rely on trusted providers to run the service. Each only receives what it needs:

• Supabase — secure database hosting for your account and orders.
• Stripe and PayPal — payment processing.
• Google — optional "Sign in with Google" (only if you choose it).
• Google / Gmail — sending you transactional emails (codes, replies, receipts).

We use a single essential, security-focused cookie to keep you signed in. It is strictly necessary for the site to work and is not used for tracking or advertising. We do not use third-party analytics or ad cookies.

We keep your account and order information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, and comply with legal requirements. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see §8).

We protect your data with encryption in transit, hashed passwords, strict database access controls, account lockout, and rate limiting. No system is ever 100% secure, but we work hard to safeguard your information.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you can withdraw consent where applicable. To exercise any of these rights, email us at support@veesolve.com.

Our services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the latest version, and significant changes will be highlighted on the site.
